Meet Flurry, a handcrafted winter snow lady gourd luminary with a warm caramel finish, a glowing heart-centered snowflake cutout, and a cozy striped sock hat with white fluff trim that give her a warmly festive and distinctive character. Her impressive size and warm glowing light make her a natural statement piece for any holiday mantel, entryway, or Christmas display.

How it's made

Flurry is crafted from a hard-shell gourd grown right here on our farm. Her body is hand-dyed a warm caramel tone, letting the natural surface of the gourd show through. A snowflake featuring a centered heart is hand-cut into the surface, allowing warm light to glow beautifully through the design when the piece is lit from within. She is finished with a red button nose, a winter scarf tied around her neck, and a striped sock hat adorned with white fluff around the trim, all applied by hand on our farm.

Flurry rests on a natural wood biscuit base, and a hole is cut into the back of the gourd that allows an electric light cord to be utilized, allowing for a luminary design to be achieved.

Warning: Gourds are flammable. Do not use candles in them or place near open flames.
Care Information
  • Display your gourd where it isn't exposed to excessive moisture and avoid long periods of direct sunlight.
  • When storing your gourd, choose a cool, dark, and dry environment.
  • To clean your gourds, wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Light your gourd with electric lights (7 watt max) or battery-operated lights only. Never place a lit candle in a gourd because gourds are flammable.
Shipping

We offer free standard shipping in the continental United States on any finished product or raw gourd Retail Order over $100.00 to one address. 

If your Retail Order is under $100.00, there will be a shipping charge calculated when you check out. 

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-5 business days. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as it’s available. 

Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Delivery can be expected within 1 to 14 business days from when the order leaves our farm, depending on your location. We ship from our farm in Pennsylvania. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
