Spend the morning wandering through our event lawn across from the gift shop as local families and friends clean out closets, basements, attics, and storage rooms to share their hidden treasures with others. You never know what you might find! Our current yard sale vendors are offering up some great home décor, collectibles, children’s toys and books, puzzles, seasonal accents, vintage finds, household goods, and more.

We are opening a limited number of community vendor spaces for those looking to clean out and simplify a little. Spaces are approximately 10x10 (about the size of one parking space) and may be reserved for a $10 deposit that we will refund if you attend the event and stay for the advertised times.
Refundable Deposit
To help ensure a full and active event for shoppers, your $10 deposit will be refunded if you arrive on time, set up as scheduled, and remain until the close of the yard sale at 1:00 PM.
Need a table?
A limited number of 8-foot tables will also be available to rent for $5 each on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a table along with your space, you can add both to your cart for check out.

AGRITOURISM LIABILITY CLAUSE
AGREEMENT AND WARNING: I understand and acknowledge that, except for limited circumstances listed below, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider: (1) Performs an act in a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a participant. (2) Purposefully causes a participant’s injury. (3) Acts or fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct. (4) Recklessly fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a participant.”
NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
By entering an event or program of Meadowbrooke Gourds, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Meadowbrooke Gourds and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
