Spend the morning wandering through our event lawn across from the gift shop as local families and friends clean out closets, basements, attics, and storage rooms to share their hidden treasures with others. You never know what you might find! Our current yard sale vendors are offering up some great home décor, collectibles, children’s toys and books, puzzles, seasonal accents, vintage finds, household goods, and more.
Community Yard Sale Registration
Vending at our Community Yard sale is free, but we do require a $10 reservation deposit that you will receive back after the event if you show up and leave on time.
The Yard Sale is on August 1, 2026 from 7am-1pm.

We will be turning our parking lot across from the gift shop into a community yard sale space. Expect to find lots of home decor and home goods, children's toys, baby gear, vintage pieces, and collectibles.
Warrior's Son Coffee will be here making sure you are caffeinated for a day of shopping.
Make sure to stop in at the Gift Shop!
Visit our 7,000 sq ft shop on the farm filled with gourds for all seasons as well as other artisan crafts, gifts, raw hard-shell gourds for crafting, food items and more!
Our Christmas in July Sale will still be going on so enjoy 25% off all regular Meadowbrooke Gourds and 25% off Winter decor!!
Warriors Son Coffee
Warriors Son coffee, a local small artisan roastery near Mechanicsburg, PA, will here during the yard sale to bring you their uniquely smooth and robust roasted coffee for you to enjoy while you shop.
The yard sale is on our 200-acre farm at 125 Potato Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.
Parking is FREE!
Though dogs are welcome on the farm most days, we ask that your furry friends stay home during our events as there are lots of people.

We have an ATM in our gift shop on the farm.

I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider: (1) Performs an act in a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a participant. (2) Purposefully causes a participant’s injury. (3) Acts or fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct. (4) Recklessly fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a participant.”

By entering an event or program of Meadowbrooke Gourds, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Meadowbrooke Gourds and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
