Join us on our 200-acre farm in Carlisle, PA for our first Family Fun Day! Bring your family and friends for this fun day on the farm!
(Dependent on Mother Nature) Make sure to bring along a vase/bucket and clippers to pick FREE sunflowers! We will have a clipping station and water available and just in case you forget a vase or clippers, we will have them available for purchase in our store.
Choose from a variety of craft kits, including jack-o-lanterns, sunflowers, Frank, turkeys, bats and birdhouses, and more, or mix and match from our Crafter's Corner to make your own. Once you've purchased your kit, head to our classroom where you'll have access to paints and supplies to bring your design to life. No reservations are needed—just purchase your kit, settle in, and enjoy a fun, family-friendly crafting experience.
Classroom will close at 4:00pm.
Our gift shop offers many gourmet kits for making your own specialty breads, soups, desserts, dips, and more. Our team has prepared a selection of these gourmet goodies for you to try for free while you are here on the farm.
Adventures with Taurus and Friends will be here with their Highland Cows, Taurus & Maddy for you to cuddle along with other animals from their farm for you to pet.
Weather Permitting
We will have a selection of fun yard games set up on our lawn for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Picnic tables will be available, and our large cottage and jack-o-lanterns will be there to explore and take photos with.
Visit our 7,000 sq ft Gift Shop on the farm filled with gourds for all seasons as well as other artisan crafts, gifts, raw hard shell gourds for crafting, food items and more! All Fall Meadowbrooke Gourds and decor will be 20% off in our gift shop! Exclusions apply.
Weather Permitting
Take a leisurely trolley ride around our 200-acre farm to see beautiful sights. Our Trolley Rides take approximately 45 minutes and are $5.00. There is not a charge for handheld infants. Be sure to get your tickets before the event as they tend to sell out. Order tickets now to avoid being disappointed if there are not any tickets left when you arrive for the day. We are selling half of the tickets before the event and the rest will be sold to walk ins during the event on a first come, first serve basis.
Right beside the Meadowbrooke Farm, you will find Warehime's Pumpkin Patch who offer a large selection of pumpkins in many shapes and colors. Stop by, grab a wagon, and pick your own! Be sure to enjoy their photo ops as well! Warehime's also hosts designer sunflowers of many colors.

AGREEMENT AND WARNING: I understand and acknowledge that, except for limited circumstances listed below, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider: (1) Performs an act in a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a participant. (2) Purposefully causes a participant’s injury. (3) Acts or fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct. (4) Recklessly fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a participant.
NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPH: By entering an event or program of Meadowbrooke Gourds, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Meadowbrooke Gourds and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
