Another Summer Celebration in the Books - 2019

We would like to give a great big shout out to everyone who attended our Summer Celebration last Saturday.  It was wonderful to see everyone coming together and enjoying the evening . This year was our biggest Celebration yet, with more people, more food trucks and a summer night (even though a little warm) with no rain!  Yeah!

Thanks to all the food vendors, Nomad Cuisine, Soul Burrito, Pretzel Spot, Hall’s Ice Cream, Molly Pitcher Brewery and Hat Creek Winery who were kept busy all night. There is nothing better than great food washed down with an ice-cold beer or a glass of wine.  All the while, the band, Mid-Life Crisis, entertained us with their good old classic Rock vibe. We are also excited because we are in the process now of enlarging our grassy area so there will be more room set up a chair, lay a blanket and enjoy the farm for all future events.

The line for the Oops Sale started at 4:30 and the fun began for them around 5:00.  Thank you for your patience while you were getting checked out, I hope you were able to get the gourds you were looking for at a great price. If you happened to miss the Oops Sale this time, we will be having our final one during our Sunflower Festival on September 28th and 29th.  More information can be found here if you are interested, https://mbgourds.com/event/sunflower-festival-and-fall-oops-sale-2019/.

If you have any pictures you would like to share with us on Facebook or Instagram, please feel free to do so and use #mbgourds or #meadowbrookegourds.

Have a fabulous rest of the summer,

Dori
